Colors by Llarowe Black Gold, Texas Tea + Maybelline Gilded in Gold

Self-purchased

Colors by Llarowe Black Gold, Texas Tea is black with a somewhat strong linear holo flame. The flame looks stronger than what I was able to capture. Unlike some black holos, it's very black yet the holo flame is still quite noticeable. The flame was also bluer than other holos. I used 3 coats. The formula was good, though sheerer than I was expecting from a holo. I don't think I had to do any cleanup. It dried very glossy. As you can see below, top coat doesn't weaken the holo flame.

You can purchase Black Gold, Texas Tea from Llarowe.

Maybelline Glided in Gold has gold shards in a clear base. I used 1 coat over Colors by Llarowe Black Gold, Texas Tea. The formula was amazing! I was able to apply it like a normal polish and it was really easy to get the glitter out. There was also just the right amount of clear base. It dried bumpy so I used top coat. I really think Maybelline's glitter polishes are under the radar. They have great formulas!

Thanks for looking! See you on the other side of the day!
