China Glaze Fairy Dust is a holographic microglitter topper. It's a wonderful staple for anyone's collection! I love using it to finish off my galaxy manis. I used 1 coat over Essie Navigate Her, First Timer, Turquoise & Caicos, Bikini So Teeny, and Lapis of Luxury. The formula was a bit thick, but still easy to apply. I used 1 coat of top coat, which, unfortunately, shrunk it.
