Essie In Stitches is a beautiful rosy-toned marsala creme. I think it would be a great marsala "starter" polish as there are more pink and red tones in it than brown ones. When it was first revealed, I thought Pantone's Marsala was off-putting because of the overly brown tones in it, but I have since warmed up to the color after seeing pink and/or red-toned marsala items. I used 2 coats. The formula was amazing even though it was thin because it applied very well and smoothly. It dried shiny, but I still used top coat.
